Scheduled a car with 139K miles for an inspection appointment, just before hearing some recent "noise" from the front wheels. Did not mention the latter, but TAR road test noticed and recommended removal/replacement of both front bearings. Searching the repair steps online, I saw double-digit complex processes for disassembly and reassembly. Complicated fix particularly given the age and high mileage of the car. I was in a position to not rush the repair and the positive outcome reflected how giving a mechanic the time to properly complete a tough job is the way to go, if possible. Well worth the wait - really a smooth and quiet ride so far. Thanks!

Brought my vehicle in after an emissions test failure for a software update. Whatever they are paying the ladies up front, it's not enough. Personable, lighthearted customer service. Probably the main reason I went with this shop.
