I had a very good experience with Jim and Tammy . My daughter's car had an electrical shortage and battery issue that Jim and his crew figured out . Not a fun car issue to deal with but Jim and his crew were able to fix it and so far so good. Tammy was great to talk to on the phone and kept me positive that the issue would be taken care of .
