Weve had our cars serviced at Tinley Auto for a few years now and have never been disappointed. After dealing with car dealerships that go by the book its reassuring to know the folks at Tinley Auto are looking out for us. Brought one of our cars in for an oil change, havent had it changed since summer, and they told us it didnt need it and to bring it back in a few months. They went through the rest of the car, topped off all the fluids at no charge. If that doesnt build trust nothing will.

They did the work on my car for less than the dealership and I feel confident in their thoroughness. It was obvious that they have loyal customers by all the people who came in for service and the conversations they had. It is a very friendly shop. I will definitely go back to them if I need more work done.

The staff are so friendly and helpful--they put you at ease right away. Their service is good and their prices are much better than going to the dealership! I would not hesitate to go back if I were to need my car serviced.
