From the appointment phone call to the invoice payment my first experience with Tinley Auto was the BEST that I could have had. I was especially surprised by the inspection report I received which included pictures of issues with my car & covered the entire cars possible concerns, tires, brakes, stuts, battery, etc. People were friendly & service was prompt. Extremely easy to work with. Welcoming and didn’t make me feel like I was dumb for just being a girl bringing in my car. I love the diagnosis checker that lets me see everything (pictures included) they’ve looked at. Ladonna was very helpful especially with all my calls back and forth figuring out what I could do or not do at the moment. Definitely using them in the future.

If your vehicle needs a quick fix, ok, but if thought process has to be put into effect to find the problem then you are going to fall short and have to take your car somewhere else

I came to Tinley Park, IL from Tennessee to apartment/house hunt. While on my way to see a property, my serpentine belt broke while coming off of the interstate. I lost my power steering and the battery light came on. I was freaking out because I didn't know what to do, nor did I have anyone to call to help me. Thank goodness Tinley Auto Repair and Towing was only 2.5 miles away. They got me back on the road the following day without busting my budget. I'm very grateful for the service they provided. It's nice to know I have already found a great repair shop for my all of my vehicles upon moving to the Tinley Park area. Thank you!!!

Back to normal car is performing great , at 60 mph let go of wheel and apply the brake the car stays straight as an arrow, and no more tire wobble good wok thank you .
