All ways found that they are very welcoming and always showed the reasons they did what they did to get my truck fixed . Even thow they were swamped with work , they would at least diagnosed the problem and give me options and time to decide the repair .

Tinley Auto is awesome! They are honest about what needs to be done with picture proof and their work is SOLID. I will continue to use their services.

Needed a last minute appointment to remove and patch a tire that had a nail imbedded. Kat was able to get me in same day. Job well done. Very reasonable cost. Friendly and professional.

I cannot say enough good about Tinley Auto Repair & Towing! They are friendly, efficient, and competent. My 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse is 15 years old in good condition. However, they took care of informing me of parts that needed to be replaced due to the age of the vehicle. Preventative medicine! Best of all, I can walk home after dropping off my car.
