We brought our van in for service and a check-up. So glad we did! The van is from PAWS Animal shelter its used almost everyday to transport shelter animals to and from the vet. They found several major issues that needed to be addressed right away. They worked with our transport schedules. And got us back on the road quickly. The van has never driven better. All of our service will be done by them from this point on!

Very thorough with their approach to the services needed

Brought in my 2015 Jeep Cherokee for starting problems. The dealer could not see me for three weeks. Tinley Auto saw me almost immediately. They performed all the computer diagnostics and a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle. They provided a detailed report with photos and recommendations. It was a wonderful experience that showed me exactly what is needed today and in the future. I'll be back for all the recommended service items as needed.

This was my first time using Tinley Auto Repair & I was very satisfied with the service I received.They explained the estimate I was given for repairs showing items that needed attention right away, while other repairs could wait for a later date.
