They took the time to explain things to me and even gave me a tip on how to prolong a windshield wiper blade, as opposed to changing it and charging me. I really appreciate that your shop wanted to make sure I would be safe on the road traveling in my truck. I love that you send a full diagnostic report for me to see what need fixing right away and what needed fixing later and everything that passed. I love that they take their time and they didn't give up when there was a problem or let me give up on finding a solution.
