The staff and service here is wonderful. Kept informed by text and email of repairs being done and all checks run on the vehicle. I have been taking my cars here for years - with two college aged students it is peace of mind to know that their vehicles are safe to drive to their out of state schools. Tinley Auto does any amazing job of keeping their customers informed and they have never suggested any unneeded repairs. I had been taking my daughters vehicle to auto dealership where I was informed the vehicle needed $5k in repairs - this after already spending money at the same dealership. Tinley Auto was able to service the problem for under a $100. Super honest staff that will not rip you off and excellent work !!!!! Definitely in good hands at Tinley Auto and happy to have found a high quality and honest place to have my vehicles serviced!!
