These people are awesome! I missed my 8am appointment because Im a dummy,they still let me drop off the car that day. They kept me updated via email with pictures and phone calls to walk me through what they found and kept it simple (which is a good thing if you're not up on the mechanics lingo) They spotted all the issues and took care of business w/o trying to nickel and dime me on b.s. And they gurantee their work. Highly recommend,it's where my Uncle used to go(r.i.p) and it will be where our family will go while we're back out in the South Suburbs.

Jim, Jennifer and Tammy are all very friendly and professional people to do business with. I had many issues with my truck and they took me in and fixed it in no time. The only delay was from waiting on a part, which is typical in the automotive industry. Tinley Auto Repair and Towing do great work at very reasonable prices. Will Recommend this place to anyone in or near the Tinley Park area.

They were very friendly and helpful. I took my car into the dealership for a recall and the dealership gave me a long and expensive list of items that they wanted to repair. I took my car to Tinley auto for a second opinion. I showed the list and they were honest about what actually needed to be done, what could wait, and what really didn't need to be done. They put the customer first not their pocket book.

I took my car to Tinley Auto for an oil change and some minor issues ,they inspected my car and discovered some other problems and addressed them , the car drove much better and I felt safer knowing they checked everything . during the process I was sent photos of the issues and updates . This is why my dad only lets them work on his cars if he cannot do the job himself
