Very good customer service on the phone. From start to finish everything was very well explained and the report they give you at the end is very detailed. I’ve only had my car back a few days after it was serviced but it is driving well and it seems like my issues have disappeared. Price was reasonable and it was taken care of in only 2 days. Also what I loved is they left a note on the steering wheel stating that the car was sanitized properly to help prevent the spread of Covid 19. Would recommend 👍🏻

Excellent. Honest, reliable, excellent workmanship

Took my 2008 wrangler and 1999 F150 there for work. I've always had excellent service, professional but friendly. Show you through photos of work that needs to be done thru there inspection process but absolutely no hard sell,only do what you ask. I highly recommend Tinley Auto Repair to anyone looking for a fair price and professionally done work. My Only regret is I didn't find them earlier, it would have saved me time headaches and wasted money!

This is the 3rd time now that i have worked with Tinley Auto. They are great to work with even during this pandemic. They took all the necessary precautions and even disinfected my car after and put a steering wheel cover on my steering wheel so they didn't touch it with a note telling me that. Customer service is so professional and i know a little about cars but they still took the time to talk to me and explained to me how they are trying to verify the issue and how they are going to fix it. I don't write reviews but this is such a great company to work with I could not not write a review. 5 out of 5.

Outstanding explain things in a thorough manner very nice and friendly practice safety precautions due to the virus also picked up and dropped off the car I'm handicapped so that helped me a lot just overall very good company I will go there again I will recommend them to others pleased

Tinley Auto Repair is awesome. My car was making a loud noise so I brought it in. It was something very simple that didn't cost much to repair. I'm always afraid that a car repair place could lie about something and charge me a lot. But they didn't. They joyfully told me the good news that the repair wasn't going to cost me much at all. Yeah for their honesty and integrity!

Owner Chris worked with me to put a snow plow on an ATV so my 14 year old could do the snow. Very very flexible! You may be seeing us sooner than later...we can't seem to get the carburetor adjusted!
