Jim and Tammy are always very friendly and take the time to explain what is going on with my car while it's in the shop. The texted/emailed inspection report is second to none and gives me peace of mind that the technician found the problem and even adds pictures so that I can see what the tech is referencing in the notes. A+

My car just hit 100k miles and they took care of everything that needs to be done. Along with taking pictures of other things that needed to be done. Everyone is super professional and very nice. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

I am very impressed with Tinley Auto. They just flushed my trans fluid and performed an inspection. They also provide a vehicle health assessment that you can view online. They take pictures of the good and bad along with a detailed report. Highly recommended!
