Both front axles of my car were making noise and in need of replacement. Jim was able to figure out the problem and solve it for me quickly and at a price that I could afford. I will always come back here for all my auto work!

Based on the positive reviews we found online for Tinley Auto Repair & Towing we made an appointment for my son's first car. The timing belt broke and the team at Tinley Auto Repair towed the car from our house to their shop. Car was fixed with minimal downtime. Thanks....

These people are amazing. Apparently, my hitch cabels got corroded - probably, during the winter, and I had no idea about it because I never had to deal with a hitch being outside in the snow before. So when I came to pick up my trailer, they couldn't rent it out to me due to the trailer lights not working when connected to my hitch. I was absolutely desperate because we have to move out tomorrow, and my family includes a cranky almost 2 year old.. When I asked if I could get a more personal approach due to being a long-term customer - we've moved all the way from Wisconsin to Florida and coming back to Wisconsin with UHaul - the ladies at "Tinley auto repair" reached out to other locations to see if I could get a truck instead. And I got a truck in about an hour, on this moving weekend! I can't express my gratitude enough to these ladies, they've saved our trip plan!

I put gas in my tank, oil in my engine and trust from Tinley Autos into my car. An outstanding team that every time exceeds my expectations. Will NEVER go anywhere else.

This place is awesome! Dropped my car off to have an a/c check done and they were very diligent in their assessment, looking in every nook and cranny for a leak. Luckily there were no leaks found and it seems that the problem stems from my former auto repair shop being negligent in removing the freon and not putting it back in. They performed a total bumper to bumper check of the vehicle looking for anymore potential problems. The issues that were discovered were photographed and attached to a report that was emailed to me. The report was extremely detailed and transparent. We went over the report and there was no pressure applied to get the repairs done, they were just making me aware. I couldn't be happier. I will be bringing my vehicle here for ALL future repairs.

This is the only shop I will go to. This is a family-owned business and they treat me like part of their family. They are trustworthy and know their business! They are always accommodating and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have a 16 year old car....mostly because it's still a VERY reliable car thanks to years with Tinley Auto keeping it as it was in 2001. Due to age, encountered a 'glitch' in most recent repair. Chris/Tammy not only stayed until the job was done (after 8pm)....they personally delivered the car to me. THAT'S what I call SERVICE. Thank you

Polite staff, great prices. Took me 6 hrs to find someone to charge me a reasonable price to put in a headlight when I remembered renting a Uhaul from they before. Not only did they have the best price, the staff was great, and I was in and out before I knew it. Absolutely great experience and will definitely be returning! You guys rock!

I could not be any more pleased with the service here. I dealt with Jim through out the whole process and he was pleasant and informative every step of the way. I took my car in so I could get it to pass emissions and not only did they have my car fixed within a day but they also drove out to the testing facility and passed the test for me! I felt like I paid a very fair price as well. No complaints and Jim even gave me several different options and price points. I would highly recommend Tinley Auto Repair & Towing to anyone looking for a good honest mechanic that will address their car problems.
