This guys provide excellent customer service. The mechanics even took me back to show me some of the issues they found with my car and went ahead to repair them!

I have lived all over the world traveling with the US Navy. Never have I found such a great mechanic shop as tinley auto. Tammy, her husband, and Jim are very knowledgeable and customer driven to ensure 100% satisfaction. They definitely got the extra mile. I live 40 miles away from the shop assi have moved but I continue to go there for the satisfaction of knowing they are there to take care of me as a customer and aren't out to take advantage of anyone. By far the best mechanic ship I have ever visited. Thank you
