This place is amazing.. the staff is so polite.. the work is good and their warranties are great!! I recommend this place to everyone I know.. when something goes wrong with my vehicle they are the first I call!!

The U-Haul website was freezing up a few times during pickup which led to some frustration. I gave up on the website and went into the location To see if I could just pick it up in person. But the Man inside which I think was one of the owners of the location told me he didn’t have a U-Haul Rep on-site currently so I had to continue trying to pick up the van with the website. Finally after a few minutes I was finally able to proceed to the lot and pick up the van. When I got to the lot that’s when I ran into the U-Haul Rep because she apparently had the keys to the vans. She had been in the lot the whole time and didn’t know why the man inside told me there wasn’t a rep there. So I finally got on my way and that when I noticed how dirty the van was. Trash from Previous renters was left in the van. I found contracts from 3 previous renters in the glove box which is a bit scary that apparently the van isn’t checked very well because the glove box is a very common place for a gun. I don’t care if the outside is dirty but I could tell the inside wasn’t cleaned for at least a little while. The back of the van was pretty dirty but thankfully I was just hauling trash so it wasn’t a huge deal but it was still an inconvenience. The cup holders were sticky and dirty. The floor was covered in dirt. The radio was also dirty and sticky which is gross having to touch a dirty radio. Overall I understand the challenges of trying to maintain a rental fleet but just even doing the small things like removing the trash from the van or even just wiping down the basic surfaces.

Excellent service. Excellent attitudes. Since I had such a good experience with them a couple years ago, I decided to take my mother's car to them to get it to pass emissions. They always exceed my expectations. They also have very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them.

My Daughter dropped her Jeep Compass of to have her brakes fixed, Tinley Auto Repair checked her entire vehicle and repaired only what needed to be repaired, I really like how they take pictures of everything & email or text them to me. Tammy couldn't of been nicer on the phone & my Daughter said she very nice in person. I highly recommend Tinley Auto Repair for everyone.

Quality Care. Great, honest service

Had my Inlaws Ford Edge at Tinley auto repair for brakes. I was thinking the vehicle needed brakes on all 4 wheels. After inspection they determined we only needed front brakes. Everyone at Tinley Auto repair is very friendly & totally honest. I highly recommend going there for any automotive repairs. Thanks again Tammy, Jim & the rest of the staff.
