Great. My brother in law referred me, and I am so thankful he did! Not only do they care for your car, but they care for your kids that are driving it. After inspection, they provide an detailed, in-depth analysis via email WITH photos. They explain everything - even down to what is o.k. on your vehicle, what needs to be taken care of right away, and what needs to be taken care of in the future. They go over and above to make sure that you know that your car is safe, just as if you were like a part of their family - won't go anywhere else.

I have lived all over the world traveling with the US Navy. Never have I found such a great mechanic shop as tinley auto. Tammy, her husband, and Jim are very knowledgeable and customer driven to ensure 100% satisfaction. They definitely got the extra mile. I live 40 miles away from the shop assi have moved but I continue to go there for the satisfaction of knowing they are there to take care of me as a customer and aren't out to take advantage of anyone. By far the best mechanic ship I have ever visited. Thank you
